Role Overview
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at EngagedAi, you will work directly with the CEO to generate new business and grow our client base. You will be responsible for driving outreach, engaging dealerships, and managing the sales process from first contact to booking demos. This is a high-energy, target-driven role ideal for self-motivated professionals with a passion for automotive technology and SaaS solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Outreach: Use tools like HubSpot and Apollo to identify and engage potential dealership clients through cold calling, email campaigns, and social selling.
- Qualification & Discovery: Conduct discovery calls to understand dealership needs, qualify leads, and communicate EngagedAi's value proposition.
- Sales Process Management: Manage the sales pipeline from first contact to scheduled demo, working closely with the CEO on strategy and follow-up.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in HubSpot, tracking all interactions and progress.
- Collaboration & Feedback: Provide insights on messaging, outreach strategies, and industry trends to help refine EngagedAi's approach.
- Industry Expertise: Stay informed about automotive sales trends and dealership challenges to effectively communicate EngagedAi's solutions.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in outbound sales, cold calling, and lead qualification.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM; familiarity with Apollo is a plus.
- Experience selling software solutions to car dealerships or within the automotive industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Comfortable with digital tools and quick to adapt to new technologies.
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote startup environment.
