Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Development Representative, located in Metro Manila. The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for generating new sales leads, engaging potential clients, and converting leads into sales opportunities. Daily tasks include conducting research on potential leads, making outbound calls, setting up meetings for the sales team, and maintaining a detailed database of prospects. The role also involves collaborating with the marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation and tracking the progress of leads through the sales funnel.

Qualifications

  • Excellent Communication and Sales skills
  • Experience in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
  • Proven Business Development skills
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
  • Proficiency with CRM and sales software is a plus
