Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) with at least 3 years of experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving outbound prospecting efforts, generating qualified leads, managing data accuracy, and setting appointments to support the sales pipeline. Strong written communication skills are essential to succeed in this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute outbound email campaigns to engage and nurture potential clients.
  • Conduct lead generation activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Perform list cleaning and data management to maintain accurate and up-to-date prospect databases.
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments/meetings between prospects and sales executives.
  • Write clear, professional, and persuasive communications to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.
  • Track outreach activities and maintain detailed records in CRM systems (Zoho)
Qualifications
  1. Minimum of 3 years experience as a Sales Development Representative or in a similar outbound lead generation role.
  2. Strong expertise in outbound email campaigns, lead generation, and appointment setting.
  3. Proficient in list cleaning, data management, and CRM tools.
  4. Excellent written communication skills with attention to detail.
  5. Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
  6. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

• Should be willing to accept a long-term work-from-home arrangement.


• Should be amenable to a permanent night shift schedule
