RESPONSIBILITIES:


Analysis and Decision-making skills: able to analyze a situation/problem and make a sound decision that is beneficial to both parties.

Planning and execution: Ability to make and execute the plan with the help and collaboration of his/her team.

Communication Skills: Has the ability to prioritize tasks, Able to communicate clear direction and delegate work effectively in achieving a common goal. Has the flexibility to adapt to its environment.

Time Management Skills: Given that he/she will manage more than 1 project, he/she should be able to effectively manage his/her time. Monitoring the progress of work , calling a team meeting and is organize in keeping documents of the projects.


QUALIFICATIONS:

-Must be a College Graduate of Business-Related courses or Industrial Engineers.

-Have 2-3 years background in Real Estates.

-Has good communication skills and written works

-Must know how to navigate Microsoft Office.
