Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team. This role requires a hands-on leader who can oversee all housekeeping operations, ensure cleanliness standards are maintained, and manage housekeeping concerns efficiently. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling responsibilities independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping department.
  • Ensure all rooms and public areas meet high cleanliness and presentation standards.
  • Handle all housekeeping-related concerns and requests in a professional manner.
  • Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and other housekeeping materials.
  • Prepare and submit required reports and inventory updates to management.
  • Train, guide, and monitor housekeeping staff to maintain quality and efficiency.
  • Act as a one-man team when necessary to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Knowledge of housekeeping best practices, cleaning products, and safety protocols.
  • Flexible, reliable, and willing to adapt to operational needs.
