JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of any Business-Related courses
  • Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
  • Pleasing personality with good communication skills (verbal and written)
  • With 2yrs and above experience in doing project management, sales, customer service, and the like.
  • Willing to start immediately in Angeles, Pampanga.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Facilitate the coordination meeting.
  • Check and validate all the reports generated by the Project Officer.
  • Meet with the VIP clients regarding his/her unit as well as with the JV Partner.
  • Present the Costing and Pricing with the Cost Engineer.
  • Follow up CO for the approval of Horizontal Development Planning Head.
  • Liaise with the Government Officials together with HG Legal Department
  • Design process to ensure a smooth process flow on the turnover of units.
  • Ensure homeowners satisfaction by doing house to house visit.
  • Propose updated price of housing units (excess lots, prime lots).
