About the role

This full-time Store Supervisor position offers an exciting opportunity to join the dynamic team at TEVIANT', a leading retailer in the Retail & Consumer Products industry. Based in the vibrant city of Cebu City Cebu, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations and ensuring the smooth running of one of our flagship stores.

What you'll be doing

  • Supervising and directing the store team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales
  • Monitoring inventory levels, placing orders, and managing stock control to maximise profitability
  • Handling customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy
  • Implementing and enforcing company policies and procedures to maintain store standards
  • Delegating tasks, providing training, and supporting the development of your team
  • Analysing store performance data and making recommendations to improve operations
  • Liaising with the regional management team to align with broader business objectives

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience as a Store Supervisor or Retail Manager, preferably in the Retail & Consumer Products industry
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders
  • Proficient in data analysis and reporting to drive informed decision-making
  • Adaptable and resilient, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Familiarity with retail operations, inventory management, and budgeting
