Join a fast-growing company at the forefront of solar energy solutions We are looking for a Registered Electrical Engineer (REE) to take on the role of Aftersales Manager, leading our post-installation operations, customer relations, warranty support, and preventive maintenance programs.
This role plays a key part in ensuring long-term customer satisfaction and system performance through organized service operations and consistent client engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage all aftersales activities including client servicing, warranty claims, technical support, and service logistics.
· Serve as the main point of contact for customers post-installation, ensuring quick, clear, and effective resolution of issues.
· Oversee warranty claim processing—evaluate issues, coordinate responses, and ensure timely resolution.
· Handle customer feedback—track concerns, conduct root cause analysis, and lead service improvement initiatives.
· Manage scheduling and resources for solar panel cleaning, system checks, and other preventive maintenance activities to meet service targets.
· Provide permitting assistance and guidance to clients for compliance with local requirements.
· Work closely with engineering, installation, and field teams to resolve technical concerns.
· Maintain complete records of service history, warranty claims, customer feedback, and communications.
· Lead, mentor, and develop a team of service technicians and coordinators.
Qualifications:
· Preferably a Licensed/Registered Electrical Engineer (REE) or graduate of an engineering-related course
· At least 5 years of experience in aftersales, technical support, or customer service—preferably in the solar or renewable energy industry
· Solid experience in customer relations, warranty claims, and government permitting
· Strong leadership, communication, and team coordination skills
· Knowledgeable in scheduling field services and managing resources
· Proficient in documentation, reporting, and customer tracking systems
· Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple post-installation accounts efficiently
