Nan Tian Group Ltd., Inc. is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Human Resource Administrative Assistant to join our growing team in Pasay City, Metro Manila. In this full-time role, you will provide vital administrative support to our Human Resources department, ensuring the efficient management of employee records, HR processes and talent management initiatives.

What you'll be doing

  1. Maintaining and updating employee records, including personnel files, attendance, payroll and benefits information
  2. Assisting with the onboarding and off-boarding of employees
  3. Coordinating and scheduling HR-related meetings and interviews
  4. Providing administrative support for talent management initiatives, such as performance reviews and training programs
  5. Answering employee inquiries and directing them to the appropriate HR resources
  6. Organising and maintaining the HR filing system and documentation
  7. Supporting the HR team with special projects and ad-hoc tasks as needed
  8. Supporting HR & Admin Dept on all Administration task

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 3 years of experience in an administrative or HR support role
  2. Strong organisational and time management skills with attention to detail
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  4. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  5. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite is required with demonstrated expertise in all applications
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  7. Understanding of HR policies, procedures and best practices
  8. Knowledge of human resource management software and HRIS systems
  9. Prior experience with HRIS systems is required at the start of employment
  10. Experience with Davidlink System Biometrics, or similar HRIS platforms
  11. Specific experience with Davidlink System Biometrics is required
  12. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  13. A Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related field is required with no substitution for equivalent experience
  14. Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity
