Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment and Onboarding:Develop hiring plans, post job openings, interview candidates, and manage the onboarding process for new hires, familiarizing them with company policies and procedures.
  • Employee Relations:Address employee grievances, conduct investigations, and provide guidance on disciplinary actions and conflict resolution.
  • Performance Management:Monitor employee attendance and performance, conduct performance reviews, and provide feedback to managers and employees.
  • Compensation and Benefits:Assist with payroll processing, administer employee benefits programs, and help manage compensation structures.
  • Policy and Compliance:Ensure adherence to company policies, labor laws, and regulatory requirements.
  • Employee Engagement:Develop and implement programs to foster a healthy and engaged work environment.
  • Record Keeping:Maintain accurate and organized employee records, including physical and digital files, attendance, and benefit information.
