Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes for various roles.
  • Manage employee records, contracts, and performance evaluations.
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate employee engagement activities and support culture-building initiatives.
  • Monitor attendance, leave requests, and other HR administrative tasks.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for employee concerns, providing guidance and support when needed.
  • Collaborate with management to improve overall HR operations and processes.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple priorities.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) or MS Office tools.
  • Experience working in a remote or digital environment is an advantage.
