HR GENERAL AFFAIRS STAFF - DIRECT HIRE (In partnership with Furukawa Electric Thermal Management Solutions and Products Laguna, Inc. Job Qualifications:

  • 3 years of HR experience focusing on training, employee engagement and

performance management.

  • With hands-on experience in areas such as talent acquisition, recruitment,

onboarding, and off boarding

  • •Demonstrated ability to conduct Training

Needs Analysis (TNA), skill matrix and formulation of training plan

  • Demonstrated ability to maintain and update employee records, including

personnel files, with a high degree of confidentiality.

  • Experience in organizing and coordinating employee-related events, such as

birthday celebrations, company activities, or other HR-related functions, is a plus.

  • Proactive and with positive attitude and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office and knowledgeable in HRIS is advantage
  • Work as HR generalist in manufacturing setup is advantage
  • Willing to be assigned at Furukawa Electric Thermal Management Solutions and
