The Workforce Data Enablement Specialist plays a key role in supporting Workforce Management operations by handling the intake, processing, and preparation of operational and performance data. This role ensures timely and accurate delivery of reports by executing structured, manual data processes with a high level of precision and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

  • Download, clean, and organize data from various internal systems and reports.
  • Perform recurring data uploads or manual updates into standardized templates.
  • Validate report accuracy and flag anomalies or inconsistencies to relevant stakeholders.
  • Support WFM and operational teams by maintaining reporting schedules and version control.
  • Coordinate with analysts and managers to ensure all required datasets are processed on time.
  • Maintain documentation for intake processes to ensure repeatability and audit readiness.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, lookups, pivot tables, formatting).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in repetitive tasks.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable handling large datasets from multiple sources.
  • Ability to follow structured processes and meet tight deadlines.
  • Self-motivated and disciplined, with strong task ownership.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Google Sheets, SharePoint, or other data collaboration tools.
  • Familiarity with Workforce Management or contact center reporting environments.
  • Basic understanding of automation or data transformation tools (Power Query) is a plus.
  • Knowledge or familiar with WFM processes, platforms and tools
