
HR Payroll Officer

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Payroll Supervisor in processing payroll for all employees.
- Maintain and update payroll records including attendance, leaves, and overtime.
- Ensure accurate computation of salaries, deductions, and adjustments.
- Coordinate with HR for employee movements (new hires, resignations, salary changes).
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll and benefits.
- Help reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of payroll data.
- Perform other payroll-related tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in payroll or accounting.
- Familiarity with payroll systems and government reporting requirements.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficient in MS Excel and payroll software.
- Ability to work collaboratively and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php16, Php20,000.00 per month
