HR & Admin Associate provides crucial support to both the Human Resources and administrative functions within an organization. This role involves a mix of administrative tasks, record-keeping, and support for HR processes like recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Responsible in monitoring the 3rd, 5th and Annual Evaluation of employees
- Issuance of Personnel Action Notice (PAN)
- Monitoring of Recommendation Letters of promoted employees
- Responsible in updating the KPI Movement and Changes
- Processing of promotions of employees
- Facilitating of Team Building (Company events) / Birthday & Best Employees
- Admin Tasks (Schedule & Monitoring of Work Efficiency - Driver, Utilities & Front Desk)
- 2316 Monitoring
- Fixed assets management & office supplies
- Responsible in collating the schedule of all departments every month
- Assisting regarding recruitment needs (sourcing and interview)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php17, Php20,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Marilao: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
