HR Recruitment Assistant

Qualifications:
- Must have a bachelor's degree in Psychology.
- Must be a Registered Psychometrician
- A minimum of six months' worth of experience working as an HR Assistant is a must.
- With experience in handling employees and timekeeping.
- Willing to learn and be trained.
- Knowledgeable in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Willing to report onsite at Bahay Pare, Meycauayan, Bulacan.
Responsibilities:
- Performs recruitment duties such as scheduling interviews, answering phone calls, text messages and emails.
- Facilitates announcement of vacancies online and on other professional networks like Facebook, LinkedIn and other job portals.
- Conducts initial screening of applicants based on job specifications.
- Facilitates the onboarding process of new hires including the company policy orientation and ensures all new hires receive proper onboarding and training.
- Prepares, administers, and checks personality tests and technical exams of applicants.
- Timekeeping of employee's attendance
- Performs other work-related duties assigned by immediate Superior.
