The Office Staff / E-Commerce Personnel is responsible for providing administrative support and managing online sales operations for the furniture company. This role ensures smooth office functions while handling online listings, customer inquiries, and order processing to enhance the company's digital presence and sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Tasks:
- Prepare, organize, and maintain company documents, records, and reports.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries from clients or suppliers.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing quotations, and coordinating deliveries.
- Support accounting or HR departments with data encoding, filing, and other office tasks.
E-Commerce & Online Sales:
- Manage product listings, descriptions, and pricing on online selling platforms (e.g., Facebook Marketplace, Lazada, Shopee, company website).
- Upload new products with accurate specifications, photos, and promotional details.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, messages, and reviews.
- Process online orders, track deliveries, and coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams.
- Monitor online store performance, generate reports, and suggest improvements.
- Assist in online marketing campaigns and social media promotions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience in e-commerce operations or administrative work is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with online selling platforms.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and capable of multitasking.
- Customer service–oriented and a team player.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php17, Php19,000.00 per month
