Job Description

The Operations Supervisor will oversee the daily functions of the "Company", Supervising existing teams (Accounting, HR, Admin) and building Procurement capacity. This role ensures smooth, compliant, and efficient operations across group companies while laying the foundation for future external clients.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Leadership & Team Management

  2. Supervise Accounting, HR, Admin, and Procurement staff.

  3. Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and mentoring.

  4. Ensure alignment of staff workload and priorities with company needs.

  5. Process & Compliance Oversight

  6. Standardize and document internal workflows (HR, Finance, Admin, Procurement).

  7. Oversee compliance with regulatory requirements (BIR, SEC, DOLE, LGU).

  8. Ensure timely reporting and filings for all group companies.

  9. Administrative & Procurement Support

  10. Manage procurement staff (once onboarded); ensure cost-effective sourcing.

  11. Oversee admin staff handling office operations, permits, and documentation.

  12. Maintain vendor and government relations as needed.

  13. Cross-Company Coordination

  14. Act as central operations contact between ASH and Merx, Intellidesk, and Lumiere.

  15. Develop service-level agreements (SLAs) for internal clients.

  16. Ensure efficient resource allocation across companies.

  17. Scalability & External Services

  18. Support future rollout of ASH services to Intellidesk's virtual office clients (e.g., business registration, permits, payroll outsourcing).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, HR, or related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in operations, administration, or corporate services.
  • At least 2 years in a supervisory/managerial role.
  • Knowledge of HR, finance, and procurement processes.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and prioritize tasks effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php28, Php33,000.00 per month
