Position: Learning Operations Associate

Work Arrangement: Onsite | Shifting Schedule | Filinvest Alabang Muntinlupa

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage learning operations (scheduling, logistics, nominations, reporting, and certifications).
  • Oversee LMS platforms (Percipio, iEngage, ACE) ensuring data accuracy and process efficiency.
  • Support program rollouts, learning governance, and audit compliance.
  • Partner with HR, Talent Development, and business units to enhance learner experience.
  • Develop and maintain process manuals, FAQs, and mentor junior team members.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
  • 3–8 years' experience in Learning & Development or Learning Operations.
  • Proficient in LMS tools and reporting (Excel/Power BI).
  • Strong stakeholder management and process improvement skills.
