We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR and Admin Staff to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in day-to-day human resources operations, administrative support, and office management tasks. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient operations across departments.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources Functions:

  • Assist in the recruitment process (job posting, screening, scheduling interviews, etc.)
  • Maintain and update employee records and files
  • Prepare employment documents such as contracts, memos, and reports
  • Handle attendance monitoring and leave management
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Support HR initiatives such as training, evaluations, and employee engagement activities

Administrative Functions:

  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and other administrative needs
  • Handle correspondence, documentation, and filing systems
  • Assist in processing permits, licenses, and other compliance documents
  • Prepare and manage reports, schedules, and meeting minutes
  • Provide support to management and other departments as needed

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
  • At least 1 year of experience in HR and/or administrative work (fresh graduates are also welcome to apply)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and/or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
  • Detail-oriented, dependable, and able to multitask effectively
