  • Online Hiring Events (Facebook/TikTok Live)
  • Web Application Signups
  • Customer Status Tagging: Tagging of Reapplying for Returnee Applicant and Tagging of Qualified Applicants to Pooling List
  • Initial Screening: Confirmation of Full Name, Mobile Number, FB Account, Current Address, 5 Pre Screening Questions, and Pre Employment Requirements
  • Recruitment Sourcing Strategies
  • Assist Walk-ins applicants
  • Clickup Complete Details
  • Workforce (WRF) Management
  • Customer Final Interview
  • Job Descriptions and Offer
  • Collecting Pre-Employment Requirements
  • Set schedule for Onboarding Process
  • Workforce Requests, Customer Onboarding, Company Orientation Deck, Pre requirements, Signing of Contract, Issuance of Company ID, Signing of waiver (Gcash Payout), and Expedise Exam.
  • ATM Application form Processing (for probationary newly hired employees only)
  • 201 file Digitization
  • Data Accuracy of Customer Database (New Hires)

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Keen attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
  • Proficient in MS Office/Google Workspace and digital recordkeeping tools.
  • Basic understanding of labor laws, recruitment, and onboarding compliance.
