What you'll be doing

  1. Identify and evaluate potential site locations that align with our business objectives and technical requirements
  2. Liaise with local authorities, landowners, and other stakeholders to obtain the required permits and approvals for site development
  3. Negotiate lease agreements and manage ongoing site-related contracts and documentation
  4. Coordinate closely with our engineering and construction teams to ensure seamless site acquisition and permit processes
  5. Maintain thorough records and documentation to support regulatory compliance and internal reporting
  6. Continuously monitor and adapt to changing regulations, policies, and industry best practices
  7. Provide expert guidance and recommendations to senior management on site selection and permitting strategies

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in site acquisition, permitting, or a related field within the engineering or telecommunications industry
  2. Strong understanding of local regulations, zoning laws, and permitting processes in Central Luzon
  3. Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships
  4. Proficient in project management, problem-solving, and critical thinking
  5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Filipino
  6. Adaptable and able to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
