Requirements:

  • Student of Political Science or Library and Information Science
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and well-organized
  • Emotionally resilient and calm under pressure
  • Able to manage deadlines effectively
  • Can assist in scheduling meetings, depositions, and hearings
  • Skilled in preparing and organizing basic documents (e.g., correspondences, matrices, monitoring sheets)
  • Maintains strict confidentiality at all times

Duties & Essential Job Functions:

  • Conduct legal research and prepare summaries or memorandums
  • Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents and company policies
  • Support the Legal Manager in preparing case files, pleadings, and position papers
  • Attend meetings, hearings, and depositions as required
  • Assist in compliance reviews, regulatory filings, and policy audits
  • Monitor and report on new government issuances
  • Liaise with departments and stakeholders
  • Organize and maintain legal files and records

Job Type: OJT (On the job training)

Contract length: 3 months
