Job Summary:
Will be responsible for acting as a bridge between legal departments and external entities like government agencies, clients, and other organizations. Key responsibilities include coordinating legal processes, ensuring regulatory compliance, and managing communications and documentation between parties. Will also be involved in preparation of legal documents, track agreements, and help resolve issues to maintain smooth operations and mitigate risks.
Tasks and Duties
- Facilitate transactions, permits, and registrations between the company and external organizations like government agencies, suppliers, and clients
- Ensure the company adheres to all legal and regulatory requirements
- Serve as a point of contact for legal matters, managing communication between internal legal and non-legal staff, as well as external parties
- Prepare and review legal documents, and maintain records of agreements and cases
