Marketing Officer is responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote the hotel's services, increase occupancy, and enhance brand visibility. The role involves handling digital marketing, events, promotions, media relations, and partnerships to drive revenue and customer engagement.

· Develop and implement marketing campaigns to attract guests and increase room sales, events, and food & beverage patronage.

· Manage the hotel's online presence including website content, social media channels, and email marketing.

· Coordinate with external agencies and suppliers for design, printing, photography, and promotional materials.

· Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance and provide reports with insights and recommendations.

· Create marketing collateral such as flyers, brochures, digital content, and event materials.

· Build and maintain relationships with media, influencers, and tourism partners.

· Collaborates with Sales, F&B, and Front Office teams for promotions and guest experience enhancement.

· Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to recommend improvements or new strategies. Handle inquiries related to marketing partnerships and sponsorships.

· Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.

· At least 1 year of experience in marketing; hospitality or hotel industry experience is a plus.

· Strong knowledge of digital marketing, content creation, and social media management.

· Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

· Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented.

· Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) is an advantage.
