The Marketing Staff is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that promote the company's construction and furniture products and services. This role combines creative content development, social media management, and client coordination to strengthen brand presence and generate business leads.


Key Responsibilities

A. Marketing & Promotion

  • Plan and implement marketing campaigns for construction and furniture projects.
  • Create promotional materials such as brochures, catalogs, social media posts, and digital ads.
  • Manage the company's social media pages, website, and online listings.
  • Coordinate photo and video shoots for project documentation and marketing use.
  • Support branding efforts including signage, exhibits, and company events.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance and client engagement.

B. Client Relations & Sales Support

  • Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations for clients.
  • Maintain a database of leads, clients, and project inquiries.
  • Communicate with clients and prospects through email, phone, or social media channels.
  • Support the sales team in following up leads and maintaining good customer relationships.

C. Market Research & Strategy

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential clients.
  • Recommend marketing strategies to improve visibility and sales conversion.
  • Help identify partnership and collaboration opportunities with suppliers or designers.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or related field.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in construction, interior design, or furniture industries.
  • Proficient in social media marketing, basic graphic design, and MS Office tools.
  • Knowledge in Canva, Photoshop, or similar design software is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, writing, and organizational skills.
  • Creative, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision.
