Client Acquisition & Lead Generation
Actively seek and pursue new business opportunities in the private sector that require contractors for electrical, civil, design, and engineering services.
- Identify potential projects through market research, networking, and industry events.
Sales Pitch & Presentation
Effectively position and promote Crosslink as a full-service turnkey contractor, highlighting technical strengths, project portfolio, and service capabilities.
- Prepare and deliver tailored presentations, proposals, and quotations to clients.
Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, contractors, consultants, architects, project managers, and procurement officers.
- Follow up regularly to nurture leads, secure contracts, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Project Coordination & Alignment
Work closely with internal engineering, design, and estimating teams to ensure project scopes, pricing, and timelines align with client expectations and project feasibility.
- Provide clear handovers and coordinate with project implementation teams when deals are closed.
Market Intelligence & Opportunity Tracking
Monitor industry developments, bid bulletins, and upcoming infrastructure or commercial construction projects.
- Stay updated on competitor activities and market trends to position Crosslink competitively.
Sales Target Achievement
Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and project acquisition goals.
- Maintain an updated sales pipeline and report progress to management.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in B2B sales, preferably in construction or engineering services.
- Strong technical knowledge of construction systems and processes is a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and basic project documentation.
- Willing to travel for client meetings and project site visits.
- With a valid driver's license (preferred but not required).
