  • Client Acquisition & Lead Generation

  • Actively seek and pursue new business opportunities in the private sector that require contractors for electrical, civil, design, and engineering services.

  • Identify potential projects through market research, networking, and industry events.
  • Sales Pitch & Presentation

  • Effectively position and promote Crosslink as a full-service turnkey contractor, highlighting technical strengths, project portfolio, and service capabilities.

  • Prepare and deliver tailored presentations, proposals, and quotations to clients.
  • Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, contractors, consultants, architects, project managers, and procurement officers.

  • Follow up regularly to nurture leads, secure contracts, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Project Coordination & Alignment

  • Work closely with internal engineering, design, and estimating teams to ensure project scopes, pricing, and timelines align with client expectations and project feasibility.

  • Provide clear handovers and coordinate with project implementation teams when deals are closed.
  • Market Intelligence & Opportunity Tracking

  • Monitor industry developments, bid bulletins, and upcoming infrastructure or commercial construction projects.

  • Stay updated on competitor activities and market trends to position Crosslink competitively.
  • Sales Target Achievement

  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and project acquisition goals.

  • Maintain an updated sales pipeline and report progress to management.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in B2B sales, preferably in construction or engineering services.
  • Strong technical knowledge of construction systems and processes is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and basic project documentation.
  • Willing to travel for client meetings and project site visits.
  • With a valid driver's license (preferred but not required).
