Job Title: Human Resource SpecialistOverview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resource Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for supporting HR operations, managing employee relations, handling recruitment processes, and ensuring the company's HR policies are effectively implemented. The ideal candidate is organized, people-centered, and capable of managing multiple HR functions with professionalism and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment: job posting, screening, interviewing, and selection.
  • Coordinate onboarding processes, ensuring smooth integration of new hires.
  • Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics.

2. Employee Relations

  • Serve as the main point of contact for employee concerns and HR inquiries.
  • Help maintain a positive and supportive workplace culture.
  • Assist in resolving minor conflicts and escalating cases when needed.

3. HR Administration

  • Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR documents.
  • Ensure all HR activities comply with company policies and labor laws.
  • Prepare HR reports and analytics for management.

4. Performance & Development

  • Assist in implementing performance appraisal systems and feedback cycles.
  • Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and employee development programs.

5. Compensation & Benefits

  • Support payroll preparation by providing accurate employee information.
  • Help administer company benefits and ensure employees understand their entitlements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 1–3 years of experience in HR or related roles (fresh grads with internship experience may be considered).
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office or Google Workspace; familiarity with HRIS is a plus.
  • High level of confidentiality, professionalism, and integrity.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in recruitment and interviewing.
  • Ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy and discretion.
  • Strong problem-solving and time-management abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php20,000.00 per month
