We are looking for a dynamic, organized, and eager Human Resource Intern to join our team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, training, and performance management. You will work closely with HR professionals and assist in day-to-day HR operations while contributing to projects that impact the organization's workforce.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment Support: Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial candidate screenings.
  • Employee Onboarding: Help coordinate new hire orientation sessions and prepare onboarding materials to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
  • HR Administration: Assist with maintaining employee records, updating HR databases, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Employee Engagement: Support employee engagement initiatives by assisting in surveys, organizing team-building events, and helping with communication efforts.
  • Training and Development: Help coordinate training sessions and track employee development programs, ensuring the correct documentation is in place.
  • Performance Management: Assist with performance review processes, including scheduling meetings, collecting feedback, and updating performance records.
  • HR Projects: Participate in various HR projects related to talent acquisition, retention, culture building, and more.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Previous internship or volunteer experience in HR or related fields is a plus.
