What You'll Do:

  • Manage the full HR spectrum — from recruitment, onboarding, and engagement to employee relations.
  • Develop recruitment plans, conduct interviews, and prepare HR documentation.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives such as virtual coffee talks and recognition programs.
  • Provide advisory support on HR matters and manage ad-hoc people projects.

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a managerial HR position.
  • Strong background in talent acquisition (at least 2 years of candidate sourcing experience).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working remotely with your own setup.
