We're Hiring: Human Resource Manager (End-to-End HR)

We are looking for a dynamic and highly organized Human Resource Manager who can lead and manage the full spectrum of HR operations while driving all recruitment activities. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building efficient HR processes, and can independently manage end-to-end HR functions.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End HR Management

  • Oversee all core HR functions: recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compensation, and offboarding
  • Lead HR compliance, policy implementation, and documentation
  • Maintain employee records, HRIS, and ensure accuracy in data management
  • Implement HR operational processes and continuously optimize workflows
  • Manage employee engagement initiatives, feedback cycles, and culture programs
  • Handle disciplinary actions, conflict resolutions, and employee concerns professionally
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition (Main Focus)

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for all internal roles
  • Create job descriptions, post ads, screen CVs, and conduct interviews
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower needs
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
  • Execute sourcing strategies across job boards, social media, and networks
  • Oversee onboarding and ensure a smooth candidate-to-employee transition

HR Operations

  • Support HR planning, workforce management, and headcount updates
  • Oversee timekeeping, attendance, and basic payroll coordination (if applicable)
  • Implement HR best practices and ensure operational excellence
  • Support training and development programs across teams

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years experience as an HR Manager or similar HR generalist role
  • Strong background in recruitment (end-to-end)
  • Solid understanding of HR operations, labor laws, and standard HR processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple HR functions simultaneously
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proactive, solutions-driven, and capable of making sound HR decisions

Nice to Have

  • Experience in fast-paced or growing organizations
  • Familiarity with HRIS/ATS platforms
  • Ability to lead HR projects and initiatives
