We are looking for a Human Resources Manager who will professionalize our HR systems, ensure full compliance with Philippine labor law, and champion employee experience and operational excellence.

The Role:

The Human Resources Manager will take full ownership of HR operations, compliance, and employee relations. This role is responsible for developing policies, ensuring DOLE compliance, handling employee discipline, managing documentation, and acting as the main HR decision authority for the company.

This role will work closely with leadership to build a compliant, efficient, and people-centered HR environment.

Responsibilities:

HR Operations & Compliance

• Ensure full compliance with Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) regulations and labor standards
• Create and implement HR policies in line with Philippine labor laws
• Maintain official employee records and compliance documentation
• Prepare company HR processes for audits and government requirements
• Oversee employment contracts, corrective actions, and employee files
• Ensure proper implementation of termination procedures, including due process

Employee Relations & Discipline

• Handle disciplinary actions in compliance with due process
• Issue Notices to Explain (NTE) and Decision Letters
• Manage conflict resolution and grievance handling
• Support leadership in handling escalations professionally and legally

Policy Creation & Documentation

• Draft and update the Employee Handbook
• Create SOPs for all HR functions
• Maintain dispute and disciplinary records properly

HR Strategy & Leadership Support

• Advise leadership on employment risks and employer responsibilities
• Recommend policy improvements
• Lead internal investigations when necessary
• Represent HR in leadership discussions

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources or HR Management
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor law and DOLE regulations
• Experience handling employee discipline and documentation

DOLE Compliance Qualification (Required) Applicants must demonstrate experience with at least three (3) of the following:

• DOLE reporting and correspondence
• Handling labor disputes and documentation
• Creation of Notices to Explain (NTE) and Decision Letters
• Employee Handbook development
• Validated termination processing (authorized & just causes)
• Government compliance management (SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth coordination is a plus)
