ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the team and management.
- Manage shared email inboxes, respond to inquiries, and escalate as needed.
- Schedule and coordinate virtual meetings, including sending reminders and recording minutes.
- Prepare and maintain reports, spreadsheets, and documentation.
- Handle data entry, digital filing, and database management.
- Assist in onboarding and coordination of remote staff.
- Support internal communication by preparing announcements and updates.
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks such as expense tracking (if required).
- Provide general assistance in company projects and initiatives.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in an administrative assistant role is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication skills (written and verbal).
- Proficiency in office and collaboration tools (Google Workspace, MS Office, Slack, Zoom, etc.).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Flexible and proactive with a problem-solving mindset.
