
HR Admin Assistant

Responsible in providing administrative assistance for the HR Department.
Organizing and storing important documents for safekeeping.
Job Responsibilities:
• Collates and files HR, Recruitment & Training documentation.
• Maintains and keeps record of necessary reports as needed.
• Prepares and gives update regarding Minutes of the Meeting.
• Receive, process, and respond to day-to-day employee concerns and coordinate with appropriate stakeholders, as necessary.
• Performs other related task as assigned by the manager.
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or any relevant degree.
• Motivated fresh graduate excited to begin a meaningful career journey
• Strong proficiency in written and spoken communication
• Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint for reports generation
• Amenable to work on shifting schedule, night shift schedule and during Philippine Holidays
• Organize and keen to details
• Open to a hybrid work setup (Satellite Office: Taytay, Rizal)
