OFFICE ADMIN MANAGEMENT

  • Travel Management - booking of flights and hotel
  • Fleet Management - car purchase, coordination with the bank and dealer, PMS, repairs and maintenance, insurance, registration
  • Communications Management - application, renewal, upgrade, termination, payment  of Globe corporate plans and WiFi payment
  • Messengerial, Shuttle Service and Service Vehicle -  daily preparation and monitoring of itinerary of messengers, shuttle service and service request
  • Printer Management - for all Corporate departments
  • Ensure longevity and reliability of construction equipment through effective maintenance strategies.
  • Manage resources and maintenance schedules to minimized down time and costs.
  • Develop & implement comprehensive maintenance plan
  • Oversee the daily operations of equipment repair and maintenance
  • Innovative maintenance processes to enhance efficiency.
  • Establish clear maintenance protocols and standards
  • Manage the maintenance budget effectively
  • Reduce maintenance costs through strategic planning
  • Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations
  • Regularly review and update maintenance processes
  • Provide regular updates and reports to management

What will make you successful

  • College Graduate
  • With at least 1 year of experience as Admin Assistant
  • Knowledgeable to MS Excel
