Job Description:
OFFICE ADMIN MANAGEMENT
- Travel Management - booking of flights and hotel
- Fleet Management - car purchase, coordination with the bank and dealer, PMS, repairs and maintenance, insurance, registration
- Communications Management - application, renewal, upgrade, termination, payment of Globe corporate plans and WiFi payment
- Messengerial, Shuttle Service and Service Vehicle - daily preparation and monitoring of itinerary of messengers, shuttle service and service request
- Printer Management - for all Corporate departments
- Ensure longevity and reliability of construction equipment through effective maintenance strategies.
- Manage resources and maintenance schedules to minimized down time and costs.
- Develop & implement comprehensive maintenance plan
- Oversee the daily operations of equipment repair and maintenance
- Innovative maintenance processes to enhance efficiency.
- Establish clear maintenance protocols and standards
- Manage the maintenance budget effectively
- Reduce maintenance costs through strategic planning
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations
- Regularly review and update maintenance processes
- Provide regular updates and reports to management
What will make you successful
- College Graduate
- With at least 1 year of experience as Admin Assistant
- Knowledgeable to MS Excel
- Willing to work onsite at Taytay, Rizal
