We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Admin Staff to join our team. As an Admin Staff of OIC, you will be responsible for handling day-to-day office operations, managing documents, coordinating schedules, and providing support to different departments. This role plays a vital part in ensuring smooth business operations and effective communication within the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform general administrative and clerical duties (filing, scanning, organizing records).
  • Manage incoming and outgoing communications such as calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Prepare and maintain company documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and company activities.
  • Monitor and replenish office supplies and equipment.
  • Assist in processing company permits, compliance documents, and other government-related requirements.
  • Support HR and Accounting with employee records, payroll, and documentation as needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company information.
  • Perform other administrative tasks assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Business Administration, Office Management, or related field (preferred but not required).
  • Prior experience in administrative or clerical work is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Trustworthy, detail-oriented, and resourceful.

  • 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
  • Monday to Saturday

Ability to commute / Relocate

  • Ortigas, Pasig City or Makati City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
