
Procurement Officer

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Valid Driver's License (required)
- 2–5 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management (marketing knowledge is an advantage)
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Highly organized, trustworthy, and capable of handling confidential information
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and manage time efficiently
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers, vendors, and service providers to ensure quality, cost efficiency, and timely delivery
- Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships to optimize purchasing processes
- Monitor and manage procurement budgets, forecasts, and inventory requirements
- Prepare and process purchase orders, contracts, and other procurement documentation
- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and procurement procedures
- Coordinate with internal departments to fulfill purchasing needs and resolve procurement-related issues
- Contribute marketing insights when needed, particularly in supplier negotiations and vendor communications
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php14, Php18,000.00 per month
