Job Description :

  • Project Management and Coordination:

  • Must be competent and skilled in project management to be able to plan and execute according to strategy, from inception to completion. The Senior Officer is also in charge of monitoring the performance and productivity of the integrated marketing campaign executions and activations, and coming up with insights and recommendations for best practices.

-Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to manage and facilitate marketing initiated activities, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.

  • Oversee event logistics, from planning and budgeting to on-site management, ensuring seamless execution and optimal resource allocation.

  • Engage with vendors, suppliers, and partners to secure necessary resources and services, negotiate contracts, and maintain relationships.

  • Strategic Execution and Performance Reporting:

  • Plan and execute Trade & Events activations to support the local and international sales teams, aligning them with brand and project marketing campaign objectives, while ensuring they resonate with the identified target audiences.

  • Collect and analyze data to assess the effectiveness of Trade & Events activations and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.

  • Budget Management: Manage and monitor OPEX budget for Trade & Events activations, ensuring cost-effective execution and adherence to budget & financial guidelines.

  • Promotional Communications: Produce marketing materials and execute event promos to drive attendance and engagement for various Trade & Events local & international activations.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or any related field.
  • Competent and knowledgeable on Trade/Events Marketing, Operations, or Project Management execution.
  • Minimum of 3yrs work experience in any of the following areas: real estate marketing, brand management and/or operations, retail marketing, trade marketing, events management, marketing communications, or advertising agency.
  • Willing to work onsite
