  • Participates in strategic planning, budgeting, and manpower KPO/KPI alignment for the section/department, ensuring targets and resources meet departmental goals
  • Manages team performance through coaching, and development initiatives including skills training
  • Handles disciplinary actions, administrative investigations, staffing approvals, and recruitment processes
  • Oversees modern trade sales performance, develops sales forecast, manages store partnerships, and drives business growth through regular business reviews and periodic visits
  • Coordinates marketing initiatives, ensures policy compliance, and reviews key operational documents and reports submitted by merchandisers
  • Ensures effective in-store merchandising and promotional execution while educating store personnel on product features, usage, and sampling techniques to boost customer engagement
  • Manages and grows modern trade accounts by driving sales, expanding distribution by managing product movements, coordinating pricing, executing targeted marketing programs and optimizing sales asset utilization based on market insights and customer feedback
  • Oversees operational reporting, financial approvals including revolving funds, and team coordination to ensure alignment, productivity, and compliance across assigned stores

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's Degree in any 4-year business related discipline
  • At least 3 years of experience leading teams
  • At least 5 years of experience in key account management
  • Must have a Professional Driver's License

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php30, Php35,000.00 per month
