Cebu2World Development Inc., a subsidiary of Megawide Corporation, is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Trading Post Assessor to handle daily trading post operations, appraise goods entering the public market, ensure proper collection of fees, and coordinate with stakeholders to maintain smooth and orderly operations within the Carbon Market. Reporting to the Trading Post Supervisor, this role will be agency-employed (third-party) and deployed to Cebu2World for day-to-day direction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate logistics activities during deliveries and ensure all loading/unloading follows established Goods Logistics Protocols.
  • Work with the Market Operations Division (MOD) and Cebu City Transportation Office (CCTO) to implement loading/unloading regulations and ensure karumateros strictly use designated areas.
  • Monitor vehicle volume and submit the Vehicle Monitoring Report, including loading/unloading times and types of goods delivered.
  • Identify types of goods entering the market, determine corresponding fees through inspection, measurement, and calculation per market guidelines, and issue the Appraisal Slip.
  • Ensure all appraised goods are paid before being allowed into the market and verify the Collection Receipt.
  • Track goods volume and collections, and prepare/submit the Appraisal Summary Report.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation (logs, slips, receipts, daily activity reports) and coordinate with finance for reconciliation.
  • Coordinate with vendors, drivers, karumateros, and internal units to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient market flow.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Supply Chain/Logistics, or related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in market operations, logistics coordination, or collections/cashiering.
  • Strong numerical skills; familiar with measurement/weight/volume conversions and fee tables.
  • Effective coordination and communication skills; firm but courteous in enforcing rules.
  • High integrity and attention to detail.
  • Willing to work onsite at Carbon Market, Brgy. Ermita, Cebu City, with flexible scheduling as required by operations.
