Where You'll Be

As an Events Associate,you'll be part of the People Happiness team, helping to design and deliver experiences that celebrate our Smartees and strengthen our culture. From brainstorming creative event themes to managing logistics, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring seamless execution, you'll play a key role in making every event unforgettable.

Here's what your day-to-day will look like:

Event Logistics

  • Coordinate logistics: venue selection, vendor management, rentals, and transport
  • Support event setup and breakdown (signage, seating, tech needs)
  • Manage budgets and track expenses
  • Work with internal teams and suppliers to keep operations running smoothly

Communication & Correspondence

  • Send invitations, manage RSVPs, and share event details with attendees
  • Prepare event materials (programs, agendas, promotional collateral)
  • Respond to inquiries and provide timely updates
  • Collaborate with CSR and comms teams to promote events

On-Site Event Support

  • Manage registration, distribute materials, and handle attendee queries
  • Coordinate schedules, speakers, and entertainment
  • Liaise with suppliers, exhibitors, and guests to ensure smooth execution
  • Troubleshoot issues during events with professionalism

Post-Event Evaluation & Reporting

  • Collect feedback from attendees and stakeholders
  • Analyze event data (attendance, surveys, metrics)
  • Prepare post-event reports with key insights
  • Maintain databases and contact lists for future events
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Hospitality, Public Relations, Management, or related field
  • Previous experience in events planning, coordination, or similar roles
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented, with a focus on quality and accuracy
  • Team player who can also work independently
  • Calm under pressure, proactive, and resourceful
  • Flexible to work beyond office hours and travel for events
  • Passion for creating exceptional experiences
