HR ASSISTANT
Job Summary
The HR Assistant in charge of implementing and maintaining company HR objectives including Hiring or Recruitment efforts, employee engagement, performance management, employee compensation and benefits, company compliance.
At least a Bachelor's degree is required for this position, such as Human Resources Management, Psychology, Communications or Business Management for this position, with at least 1 year experience in a Human Resources officer field.
Human Resources Officer Job Duties:
· Implements human resources programs by providing human resources services, including Sourcing and Recruitment, employment processing, compensation, records management, safety and health, employee relations and retention.
SKILLS NEEDED
· Conducts employee orientation and culture talks
· Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
· Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
· Complies with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation; anticipating legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
- Graduate of Psychology/Human Resource Management or any HR-related courses
- 1-year experience as HR assistant
- Open to FRESH GRADUATES (Candidates with OJT experience in HR is preferred but not required)
- Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office
- Professional time management and verbal and written communication skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php18, Php21,000.00 per month
