
HR Assistant

Primary responsibilities include assisting with recruitment activities, such as posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Responsible for scheduling and coordinating interview schedules and communicating with candidates regarding interview arrangements.
Assist in the preparation of job offer letters and employment contracts for selected candidates.
Coordinating and facilitating new hire orientation and onboarding processes.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of employee information/201 Files, including personal details, employment history, and training records.
Assisting with the organization and implementation of employee training and development programs.
Coordinating training sessions, workshops, and other learning activities for employees.
Tracking employee training progress and maintaining training-related documentation.
Assisting in the evaluation of training programs to ensure their effectiveness and relevance.
Providing administrative support to the HR Department, such as filing documents, updating databases and responding to employee inquiries.
Collaborating with other HR team members to ensure smooth and efficient HR operations.
Performs other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned depending on the requirement of the Branch Operations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From Php19,000.00 per month
