Job Title: Rebar Detailer (Tekla User)

Location: Makati
Work Schedule: Mid-shift (aligned with EU time zone)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Interpret structural drawings and specifications to produce accurate rebar detailing models and drawings using Tekla Structures.
  • Apply critical thinking to optimize detailing for prefabrication, transportation, and on-site installation.
  • Ensure compliance with cover, bar sizes, spacing, lap lengths, anchorage, and other reinforcement detailing requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders to resolve design and constructability challenges.
  • Maintain high standards of accuracy, clarity, and consistency in all deliverables.
  • Track and manage drawing revisions, ensuring proper documentation and version control.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelors Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, Architecture, or a related technical field.
  • Experience in rebar detailing using Tekla Structures (minimum 13 years preferred).
  • Strong understanding of structural drawings, construction methods, and reinforcement detailing codes/standards.
  • Keen attention to detail, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and coordination skills within a multidisciplinary project team.
  • Ability to manage workload and meet project deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Willingness and ability to work on a mid-shift schedule aligned with EU timezones.
