Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in BGC, Taguig. for a BIM Architect. The responsibilities include the development and management of building information models (BIM), creating detailed architectural and construction drawings, and preparing and reviewing project submittals. The BIM Architect will collaborate with design, engineering, and construction teams to ensure project design integrity and delivery.

Qualifications

  • Strong proficiency in Architecture, with knowledge of Architectural Drawings and design principles
  • Experience in Fit-out.
  • Expertise in Building Information Modeling (BIM), Construction Drawings and Shop drawings.
  • Experience preparing and managing Submittals to support construction and design projects
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
  • Proficiency in BIM-related software (Revit and other architectural tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field; licensed architect is a plus
  • Previous experience in the Themed Entertainment industry is advantageous
