About the role

We are seeking a talented BIM Modeller to join our team at DBX Architectural Consultancy. This full-time role is 100% Remote based (Work-from-home) and will involve creating high-quality 3D Building Information Models (BIM) to support the delivery of architectural and engineering projects.

What you'll be doing

  • Develop detailed 3D BIM models using Autodesk Revit and other BIM software
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure BIM models are coordinated and aligned with design intent
  • Generate detailed documentation, including 2D drawings, schedules, and reports from the BIM model
  • Implement and maintain BIM standards, protocols, and best practices within the organisation
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest BIM technologies, tools, and industry trends

What we're looking for

  • Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in BIM modelling, preferably in the architectural or construction industry
  • Proficient in the use of BIM software, such as Revit, Navisworks and other tools.
  • Strong understanding of building systems, construction methods, and design principles
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
