  • Assist project team with construction coordination.
  • Timely and accurate preparation of MEP BIM model for IFC drawings.
  • Update the model as per Engineers mark ups and design changes.
  • Prepare Builders work drawings.
  • Prepares Coordinated Model for issue to client.
  • Prepares clash report of the Model using Navisworks.
  • Coordinates with other trades for drawings & installation conflicts.
  • Sheets production of the model
  • Detail, Review & Layout mechanical shop drawing (HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Protection, Architectural).
  • Coordinates with other trades for drawings & installation conflicts.
  • Combining all models to do clash detections using Revit and Navisworks.
  • Clash report.
  • Extracting 3D models to 2D models in dwg files.
