GENERAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Monitor and update the Submittal Registry according to the Project Execution Schedule.
  • Ensuring accurate and detailed modeling of architectural, structural, and MEP system.
  • Developing and implementing BIM standards and procedures for projects.
  • Lead modeling efforts on project working with junior level modelers to complete deliverables.
  • Must have demonstrable experience leading and managing junior modelling teams to deliver project outcomes.
  • Ensure construction document accuracy based on discipline BIM modeling.
  • Organizing and managing project data within the BIM environment.
  • Conduct initial clash analysis.
  • Perform clash analysis & formalize to Request for Information (RFI).
  • Calibrate the model based on recent developments within the project.
  • Collaborate and coordinate with other disciplines' design changes and model challenges.
  • Able to handle all disciplines within the employment contract duration.

  • Ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and accessibility throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Reports discrepancies or design issues between the architectural, structural, and MEPFS plans to the Project Manager.

QUALIFICATION AND SKILL REQUIREMENT:

NOTE: Must be willing to be initially assigned to Taguig for 4 to 6 months.

Educational Attainment:

  • Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Architecture/Civil Engineering
  • Finished prescribed BIM Training Program/Certificate (Architectural, Structural and MEP)

Work Experience:

  • Minimum 4-7 years' work experience using BIM related software.
  • Experience must specifically include proficiency in Revit and Navisworks software platforms.

Technical Competencies and Skills required:

  • Knowledgeable of basic construction
  • Knowledge of drafting conventions and standards.
  • Fluency on current Revit Software, Autodesk Navisworks, Autodesk Design Review and working knowledge of 3D layout and design.
  • Fluency in reading 2d plans, electronically or hardcopy.
  • Ability to work in cross-disciplinary teams and communication.
  • Continuous learning mindset to stay up-to-date with the latest BIM technologies and techniques.
