This will be achieved through the development of recruiting plans, employing sourcing strategies and resources as well as developing new, creative recruiting ideas.

He/She will play a critical role in ensuring hiring the best talent within SLAs. Execute Sourcing Plans for all Agent HiringNetwork Through Industry Contacts, Association Memberships, Trade Groups and EmployeesAdministrative Duties and Record KeepingSourcing ProjectsCompliance to Company PoliciesEmployee Referral ProgramEDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONSGraduate of Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource, or another related field.

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE1 to 2 years of experience in recruitment in a staffing company or BPO/call center environment

Manages and optimizes job boards and paid advertisements to maximize candidate flow.Monitors cost per hire (CPH) to evaluate recruitment efficiency and identify cost-saving opportunities.Streamlines manual processes by implementing an ATS, enhancing automation, and improving the candidate experience.Develops reports and presentations to communicate monthly recruitment trends and performance to stakeholders

Plans and excutes recruitment marketing initiatives to generate high volume of application.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, OTHER ABILITIESUses advanced social media and marketing tools to find best active candidates.Prepares robust, insightful sourcing and branding plans to attract all potential candidate

Excellent organization and time management skills with the ability to deliver to tight deadline

With Planning skills with proven experience of general day to day practices and operations of sourcing

Advanced Marketing SkillsGood at multi-tasking

Has positive behavior and background

High level of integrity, judgment, accountability

Flexible to shifting schedules & willing to work long hours &/or during holidays
