Payroll Manager

Job Summary:
Payroll Manager oversees the Company's whole payroll process, ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time, managing staff, maintaining complete records, and ensuring compliance with all existing laws and regulations. This position handles payroll process management, compliance and reporting, maintaining accurate data and payroll systems, addressing all payroll concerns, team leadership and collaboration within the Company on payroll matters.
You will be responsible for the following, but not limited to:
- Manage, Supervise and Oversee day-to-day operations of whole Payroll team
- Overview, assist and manage the overall payroll process and functions (end-to-end)
- Review, monitor, validate, check, analyze and ensure accuracy of all entries in the payroll computation/software/system
- Approval of weekly/semi-monthly/monthly payroll/salary payouts/disbursements
- Review, analyze, reconcile and prepare GCASH Reconciliation Excel sheet, billing supporting documents and other related reports/documents
- Manage and handle all payroll related concerns of the Operation Department
- Ensure compliance with all local laws and regulations such as but not limited to Labor Code, Tax Code, BIR, SEC, SSS, PhilHealth and Pagibig
- Assist and coordinate with clients, vendors and other partners if necessary
- Assist the Department with external auditors & other agencies in their conduct of financial and tax compliance audit, if any
- Involvement in Company initiatives and projects needing the assistance of Payroll team
- Ensure process flow and internal controls are maintain all the time
- Regularly review and improve the payroll policies, process and internal controls, if necessary
- Assist the President/CFO/Head of Finance/Management in any tasks needed to be accomplished
- Performs other duties and tasks that may be assigned from time to time
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, HR or related field. Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, HR or related field
- At least five (5) years of managerial work experience in payroll management or related field
- Expertise on the whole Timekeeping-Payroll-Billing process.
- Technical skills in existing laws and payroll systems
- Strong knowledge of manual payroll process
- Familiarity with payroll software
- Attention to details and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft office applications (excel, word, etc)
- Strong Time Management, Leadership, Communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Being able to handle multiple priorities and adjust to changing business conditions
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php50, Php65,000.00 per month
